  • Verification of order compliance with supplier limits
  • Optimized communication paths (emails to the right people)
  • Orders ready to send without switching to Outlook
  • Regional and warehouse segmentation enables purchase grouping

Product Parameters (Products – Parameters)

Each product in the system has a complete set of logistics and purchasing parameters: production time, delivery time, packaging, dimensions, volume, weight, number of units per pallet, and source warehouse.

User benefits:

  • Accurate volume and weight calculations for transport optimization
  • Assignment to source warehouse facilitates space planning
  • Data is automatically used when generating orders

QUANTIS calculates not only quantity but also space and weight – ready for loading.

WAREHOUSE CAPACITY MODULE (WAREHOUSE CAPACITY)

The module enables warehouse space management based on geometric data (length, width, height, space utilization factor).

User benefits:

  • Alerts about possible overcapacity
  • Ability to simulate scenarios considering physical constraints
  • Warehouse data used in order and delivery analyses

QUANTIS calculates not only what to order – but also where it will fit.

SALES FORECAST MODULE

QUANTIS provides several types of predictive models – each tailored to different data characteristics, including:

  • Prophet (Meta/Facebook) – detects seasonality, trends, and anomalies
  • XGBoost – an advanced decision tree model that automatically analyzes multiple product features and their environment, identifying complex relationships

The user selects the model that best fits a specific product

Quantis Forecasts Module

For each product, QUANTIS creates forecasts based on its own sales history

  • Uses Machine Learning models that learn patterns of seasonality, spikes, and trends
  • The user can manually adjust the forecast: separately for each month or globally for the entire year

Forecasts are recalculated cyclically and automatically.

QUANTIS analyzes historical data and automatically predicts future sales for each product.

Continuous forecast updates – You always work with the most current and predicted demand.

  • Every new sale, return, or order change affects the forecast.
  • Forecasts are updated cyclically and automatically.

Better purchasing decisions

  • You know exactly how much you really need to buy.
  • You avoid overinvesting in slow-moving items and shortages of bestsellers.
  • You reduce storage costs and the risk of expiration.

MODULE: INVENTORY AND REPLENISHMENT MANAGEMENT

Dynamic inventory grid over time for two selected years

  • Color-coded alerts for shortages and decisions on stock replenishment
  • Ability to sort and filter by suppliers
  • Full visualization of warehouse stock levels

Everything on one screen. No switching. Full context.

Modul uzupelniania zapasami 1

The inventory view shows how much stock is left and in which month it will run out.

The sales view shows how quickly and intensively a given product is selling.

Only together do they provide the full picture — rotation speed, popularity, and risk. QUANTIS displays both side by side, in the same structure.

You can quickly identify bestsellers and items at risk of running out, not just those “with low stock.”

Full data synergy – one screen, two perspectives.

Quantis Replenish Module 5

Order creation process:

  • The user filters products by supplier and sees which items will run out in the coming months.
  • They can choose how many months of stock they want to secure for a given product.
  • QUANTIS automatically calculates quantities for specific months of demand.
  • The system automatically identifies months with shortages and includes only real needs.
Quantis Replenish Module 2

The system also allows splitting orders into smaller batches, executed in logistical intervals.

  • The user can decide how many parts the order should be divided into and how long the breaks between deliveries should last.
  • Each batch has its own dates, values, and volume – everything is calculated automatically.
  • QUANTIS shows the impact of each delivery batch on warehouse coverage, schedules, cash flow, and warehouse load.
Quantis Replenish Module 4
  • Calculations take into account minimum order thresholds
  • QUANTIS automatically summarizes the weight and volume of the entire order
  • Calculates total cash requirements, considering previously placed orders
  • After order parameters are approved, QUANTIS automatically generates an email to the supplier, attaching PDF and XLS files

QUANTIS not only suggests what to order – it calculates everything for you.

MODULE: ORDER CONFIRMATION MODULE

The module allows saving confirmed delivery dates and quantities received from suppliers.

The system supports both 1:1 confirmations and confirmations split into batches.

Each confirmation automatically updates:

  • warehouse coverage,
  • delivery plan,
  • cash requirements

QUANTIS does not treat confirmation as a formality. It treats it as a new operational reality.

Operating Methodology

Traditional ERP and WMS systems rely on simplified methods of calculating warehouse coverage, usually based on a simple formula: stock divided by average sales. In QUANTIS, we go much further – we model warehouse coverage month by month, enabling precise inventory simulation over time.

Deliveries in classic systems are often entered manually or omitted, making full availability analysis difficult. QUANTIS includes them automatically – even split into individual delivery batches, making forecasts much closer to reality.

Every data change – whether it’s an order confirmation, a new forecast, or a sales update – triggers an immediate recalculation in QUANTIS. In a typical ERP, the user must remember to recalculate manually or work with outdated data.

Instead of a single number indicating “coverage,” a QUANTIS user gets a full timeline with a visualization of stock, deliveries, and forecasts. The system instantly reacts to supplier confirmations – updating not only stock levels but also the impact on cash flow, logistics, and product availability.

While standard systems rely on simple formulas, QUANTIS uses machine learning models and business rules – delivering intelligent, adaptive analyses that support real operational decisions.

CONFIRMED AND PLANNED FOREIGN CURRENCY ORDERS

QUANTIS automatically generates summaries of commitments and planned purchases in foreign currencies – both confirmed and forecasted.

This allows the finance department to:

  • Understand future currency needs resulting from approved and planned orders.
  • Select appropriate hedging instruments (forward, NDF, options).

Smart management of currency orders with cost context enables:

  • Comparison of new orders with already planned and confirmed ones,
  • Real-time calculation of total currency requirements,
  • Informed splitting of orders into batches to spread currency risk and align with liquidity.

Benefits:

  1. Ability to postpone part of an order to the next month if currency exposure is too high.
  2. Informed decision: place the entire order now or split into installments, considering:
  • already approved expenses,
  • upcoming transactions,
  • available funds in the given currency,
  • support for dynamic hedging and supplier negotiations.

Development Direction

QUANTIS is not just a system for orders and inventory forecasts. The system will be consistently developed toward full operational and financial analytics, including:

  • Operational and financial budgeting – Rolling budget with automatic forecast updates based on current data, along with plan vs. actual comparison: sales, inventory, cash flow, margins.
  • Management controlling – Including real-time variance analysis (plan vs. actual), margin tracking at SKU, supplier, and product group level.
  • Advanced sales analytics – Covering trends, dynamics, bestseller identification, and purchasing behavior analysis.
  • Product profitability analysis – Considering costs, discounts, and margins.
  • Assessment of purchase and trade decision profitability – Scenarios, break-even analysis, cash cycles.
  • Financial liquidity monitoring – Cash requirements for purchases, operational cash flow.
