The module enables the generation of detailed budgets for each crop based on planned activities, material usage, fuel costs, and outsourcing. Budgeting allows tracking costs associated with specific activities such as stubble removal, fertilization, sowing, spraying, and harvesting.

Managing Agricultural Activities:

The module provides detailed information on planned agricultural tasks such as stubble removal, fertilization, sowing, crop protection spraying, harvesting, and transportation. For each activity, the vehicle, machinery, efficiency, diesel consumption, fuel costs, and materials are specified. This enables precise determination of resource needs and expenditure control.

Scheduling and Resource Planning:

The module allows you to set dates for individual farming activities (e.g., stubble removal from 25.07.2024 to 15.08.2024), enabling precise season planning and avoiding delays. Each task is linked to required resources such as diesel, materials (e.g., fertilizers, seeds), and outsourcing options if needed.

Yield Management and Forecasting:

The module enables monitoring yield forecasts for the current and coming year, divided into minimum, average, and maximum values.

Example: For silage maize, yield forecasts for the current year can range from 6548 to 13096 units, allowing better management of expected results and planning of sales or storage.

Costs and Resource Requirements:

The module presents detailed requirements for diesel, fertilizers, crop protection agents (e.g., for weeds, pests, fungi) and their costs, allowing for precise expenditure monitoring. Quantities and values are given for both the current and next year.

Investment Value:

The module enables estimation of potential margin for a specific crop, considering current market prices and forecasted minimum, average, and maximum yields. Users can more accurately assess potential return on investment per hectare and compare it with possible future crop revenues. For example, for a given crop, investment per hectare may generate a margin from 1272.58 PLN (minimum yield) to 1692.53 PLN (maximum yield), which helps analyze profitability based on different production and price scenarios.

Summary of costs for the current season and next year

allows the user long-term planning and expense optimization. Thanks to this module, the farmer gains a complete picture of financial outlays, material needs, and resource efficiency, enabling better management and more informed budgeting decisions.
