Years of transaction history. Thousands of SKUs. Hundreds of thousands of documents.
It’s all there — locked inside a system that was designed for recording, not for analysis. To get an answer to a simple question like “what should we order next week”, someone has to export the data, combine spreadsheets, calculate everything manually, and make a decision based on approximations.
Origami Effect builds a layer that changes this. Without replacing the ERP.
Without a months-long IT project. Without hiring another person to work in Excel.
Step 1 — Quantis unlocks what the company already has
Quantis is an analytical-predictive layer
that connects directly to the ERP database via SQL.
It doesn’t replace the system — it unlocks its potential.

Quantis does what the ERP cannot:
Demand forecasting at the individual SKU level — XGBoost and Facebook Prophet models detect seasonality, trends, and anomalies. Instead of relying on monthly averages, the logistician receives a forecast with a confidence interval and an automatic order proposal.
Dynamic ABC classification — not once per quarter manually, but every day, based on the actual market behavior of each product.
Price elasticity and promotion cannibalization analysis — Quantis answers questions like “how will a X% price change affect volume” and detects whether a promotion on one product is destroying sales of another with a higher margin.
Next Best Actions for sales teams — every day, a ready-made list: who to offer what and why. Prioritized by urgency. Each recommendation comes with justification, not just a result.
Alert system with RED / ORANGE / YELLOW priorities — Quantis doesn’t overwhelm the team with data. It only flags what requires attention and sends signals where the people are: Slack, Teams, Discord.
Quantis is not another ERP module. It is an architecture that makes 10 years of transaction history stop sitting unused on the server.
Step 2 — Clio reports from Quantis data
Clio takes processed data from Quantis and turns it into automatic documents
for every recipient.
Management receives a branded PowerPoint report on the scheduled day — without anyone having to prepare it. The finance department receives an Excel summary for controlling. The bank or auditor receives a PDF in the required format. Every document is automatically sent to the appropriate SharePoint folder with the correct name and date.
Clio does not replace Quantis — it distributes its results to the right people, in the right format, at the right time. One system calculates. The other makes sure the results reach where they need to act.
Step 3 — Iris provides a live view (when needed)
For the board, owner, or manager who needs a current picture of the company without opening any file — Origami Effect activates Iris.
Iris is an interactive React dashboard sitting directly on the Quantis database. Data updates automatically. You can click on any number and drill down further. The built-in AI agent answers questions in natural language — it doesn’t estimate, because the numbers have already been calculated by Quantis.
We activate Iris when periodic reports are not enough and when the organization needs a living picture — not a snapshot that ages from the moment it was generated.
Step 4 — Quantis Logistics closes the operational loop
Quantis Logistics is an application built on Quantis, designed for one purpose: the logistician spends minutes on a purchasing decision, not hours preparing data.
The system pulls current inventory levels, ML sales forecasts, and supplier parameters — and generates a ready order proposal. The logistician reviews, approves, and sends. One click generates an email with PDF and XLS directly to the supplier.
Additionally: automatic container planning (a half-empty container is a wasted budget), full visibility of currency exposure for the CFO before the commitment becomes an invoice, tracking of delivery confirmations, and immediate recalculation when deadlines change.
Quantis Logistics integrates with Comarch ERP Optima — without replacing the system.
What this changes in numbers
Under 5 minutes — from inventory review to order sent to the supplier.
Zero manual calculations when creating an order. Purchasing decisions based on ML forecasts instead of monthly averages. The salesperson starts the day with a ready action list instead of browsing history. Management receives the report on the scheduled day without involving anyone in its preparation.
Implementation
Origami Effect does not deliver a template. It analyzes the data flow in your company — where the data comes from, who needs it, what decisions it should support — and designs an architecture that integrates into that flow.
This is direct collaboration with the system creator — not with a consultant who has only read the documentation. With someone who understands both the technology and the business behind it, because they built these tools for private investors and funds where real capital decisions were at stake.
